For Families
Finding the right nanny shouldn't feel overwhelming.
Inviting someone into your home is a big decision. It's about far more than qualifications or experience. It's about finding someone you trust, someone your children feel safe with, and someone who naturally fits into the rhythm of your family.

Our Vetting Process
Three kinds. Nanny placements are ongoing, in-home support from the same experienced carer, week to week. Travel nannies come with your family, within Australia or overseas. Babysitting referrals cover casual support: evenings, weekends, events and one-off bookings. If you are not sure which fits, that is exactly what the discovery call is for.
Placement fees vary with the type of role, the hours required and the level of support involved, so we do not publish a single figure. You will receive clear, detailed pricing after your discovery call, before you commit to anything.
The Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane. If you are just outside those areas, get in touch anyway, it is worth a conversation.
Yes. ByMeg is a referral and placement service. We introduce, coordinate and support, but your nanny is engaged by you. You will agree hours, duties and pay directly with them.
